Please run a ping test to determine the packet loss of your internet connection. It is always safe to run the ping test for the media relay IP address of your connection.

From the Start Menu, click Run

a. then type “cmd” in the dialog box and hit okay

b. Start -> Run -> cmd -> ok

2) the command window will populate your screen.

a. type: “ping –n 200 –l 200 google.com”

b. note: the lower case “L” after –n 200, this is not a “1” or “I”

c. if the command isn’t working for you, try typing it out as opposed to copy + paste

3) Wait for the command to run, then view your “Ping Statistics”, summarized at the bottom of the page.

Hence, you can reprocess the payment with in this 53 days by an one time payment with other active credit or debit card. Thus your account will become active.
