Steps to enable the Vonage Visual Voicemail feature

Please follow the steps given below to enable the Vonage Visual Voicemail feature:

1. From the Dashboard, in the Voicemail section, click the "Manage Voicemail" link.

2. Click the "Voicemail Email Notification" link.

3. Choose from the following Voicemail Email Notification options:

* Enable Visual Voicemail Transcription Service and Audio File (.wav) Attachment - You will receive a transcribed text e-mail of the voicemail and a .wav file attachment of the voicemail message.

* Enable Email Notification with Audio Fill (.wav) Attachment - An e-mail notification is sent every time a new voicemail message arrives with the actual voicemail as a .wav file.

You can:

o Play back the voice message through your PC even without accessing your voicemail system. Most of the popular media player formats are supported.

o Forward the voice message to anyone else via email.

o Save the voice message to your hard drive.

* Enable Basic Email Notification - An email notification is sent every time a new voicemail message arrives. When this option is selected the E-Mail Address text box field must completed. The email contains:

o Date/ time of the call
o Caller’s phone number
o Your account number
o Total of unread messages in the voice mailbox at the time of this notification.

* No Voicemail Email Notification - No e-mail notification will be sent from Vonage.

4. Click "Save". The page will update and confirm the request is submitted.
