How to find out the media relay IP address

Please follow the steps given below to find the media relay IP address of your account:

1. Log onto your online account.
2. Click the Call History tab. The Activity page appears, listing call activity over the past seven days.
3. If you have more than one line, click the desired number from the Call Activity for Phone Number drop-down list.
4. Click on the view details available in the right side.
5. The media relay IP address wil be displayed.

Input the media relay IP address in the ping test and check the latency of your internet connection.
