Network Availability Number

The Network Availability Number serves as your safety net. In the event that your Internet connection is disrupted, calls will automatically be forwarded to the number of your choice. If enabled, calls to your Vonage number will automatically ring at your Network Availability Number.

You can enable or disable the Network Availability Number at any time from your Vonage Online Account:

To enable the Network Availability Feature, please follow the steps below:

1. Using your Username and Password, log on to your Vonage Online Account.

2. Select the Features tab.

3. Go the Network Availability Number section, select the phone number, and then click to select Configure. Then enter your safety net number.

NOTE: You can use any number in the US, Canada, or Puerto Rico, including your cell phone.

4. Click to select Submit to confirm your request or Remove to cancel it.
