Caller ID Block

Caller ID Block feature is a free feature offered by Vonage to block your Caller ID information from appearing on a Caller ID display of the party you are dialing.

To enable / disable Caller ID Block from your Vonage phone, please follow the steps given below:

Dial *08 - To Enable Caller ID Block

Dial *06 - To Disable Caller ID Block

Dial *67 - To Enable Caller ID Block on a call by call basis, dial *67 then the number your want to reach.

To Enable/Disable Caller ID Block from your Online Account, please follow the steps given below:

1. Log into your Vonage Online Account using your Username/Phone Number and Password.

2. Click on the "Features" link.

3. Go to the "Caller ID" section and click the "Configure" button.

4. Select a number from the numbers list and click the On or Off option button.

5. The "On" option button blocks or enables your Caller ID information.

6. The "Off" option button displays or disables your Caller ID information.

7. Click "Submit".
