Call Hunt

With Call Hunt feature, you will never miss a call when your line is busy. Your calls will continue through a sequence of numbers until the call is answered. 

- When your phone is busy, your calls will automatically be directed to another Vonage number of your choice.

- The call will continue through a sequence of numbers until the call is answered.

- You can provide up to 10 numbers in your sequence.

- When the call reaches the last number on your list and no one answers, it will be sent to the voicemail option of your choice. 

To setup the Call Hunt feature, please follow the steps given below:

1. Log into your Vonage Online Account.

2. Click to select the "Features" tab, go to the Call Hunt section and then select Call Hunt Configuration.

3. Choose the first number to begin your Call Hunt sequence and the voicemail option.

4. Choose the second number in the sequence and the voicemail option.

5. Click to select Continue.

6. You can now confirm or modify your Call Hunt sequence.

7.To remove a number from the Call Hunt sequence, click to select the Remove check box next to the number, and then click to select Remove Checked.

8. To add additional numbers, click to select the Add radio button.

9. Click to select Activate New Sequence
